I know me and some of the staff got off on the wrong foot, but I think we can work through that. I can really help the server, I am hearing the hackers were taken care off. I took this from my previous application. I'll even post my AC-Web one here. I posted a fix to Necrotic Strike HERE (http://forums.wowmortal.com/destiny-chat/15052-necrotic-strike-damage.html)

1) Which realm are you applying for?

Destiny
2) What are your In-game character names [Names that players would most know you by]?

Neroxqt, Neroxyz
3) How long have you currently been with us on WoWMortal and what are your contributions up to this point?

I worked on here as a GameMaster, waiting to go Developer.
4) What is your timezone? (* We need GMT+5 )

GMT-5 (Eastern USA)
5) How many hours do you spend In-game on a day to day basis?

Depending on my job, and real life obligations; an approximate 4-6 hours.
6) Have or do you currently play Retail, if so; how long and which expansions?

I have played retail from Wrath of the Lich King through to current patch.
7) Do you have any previous Gamemaster experience and how fluent are you with Trinity Core commands?

I'm fluent in everything regarding TrinityCore, including the source code and Database Structure
8) Why do you feel that you would be a good addition to the WoWMortal Staff Team and what do you bring to an already thriving Staff Team?

I can bring a fresh outlook on the server as well as help in the development area. I enjoy coding as well as sitting in game and helping the players out. In my previous work here, I was a favorite of many players.
9) Briefly describe yourself within 350 or less words. (Please include your first name, where you live(+time zone), your personal interests and your age).

My name is Aaron, and I live in the United States (GMT-5). I am 17 years old, and I enjoy playing WoW; primarily Death-Knight. I also love to code it. I am pretty fluent in C++, SQL, PHP, Java and some others. I am currently attending college to be a medical student (Prerequisites). My time would be well spent on this server I feel

I worked here previously as a GameMaster waiting to go developer. I liked my stay here and got along with a lot of people. I'd like to come back as a Developer.

Scenario Questions [Mandatory]


1. A Player makes a ticket asking you to give him items because he is unable to get them himself, such as original Legendary Weapons, how do you respond?

I will respond to him that I am not allowed to just give out items. If he would like to obtain said item he can either go and put in the work for it or donate for it on our store (Assuming he can).
2. You have muted a player for being disrespectful towards the Staff, he then makes a Ticket cussing, insulting and persistently insults you and/or other staff members, what do you do?

I will not take a rash action. I will try to calm him down and find the root of his agitation, then try to calm him in a way that wont be condescending. If he continues after that another temporary mute may be in order, but general that won't be the case.
3. You find a player hacking on our Server, what do you do to minimize the situation, if you're unable to ban him?

I will take a log of the players actions including pictures and video if it applies then teleport him to the GM Box and .freeze his character until a superior can look over the evidence and come to a verdict on his punishment.
4. Your friends are asking you to host an Event so they're able to get a new mount or another available reward they currently do not have, how do you proceed?

I will kindly let them know that I'm not in friend mode, I'm in work mode. That I cannot just make events for them. I will let them know to post a forum event and if they care enough continue to bump it within regulations. If it is chosen to be held, we will of course give them a fair chance with everyone else to obtain said prize!
5. You first come online and you notice that their are 2 other Staff Members online yet there is still a high number of tickets active but have remained un-answered, what would you do to help but avoid the same situation in the future?

I will begin to answer the tickets, while doing so ask the fellow members why they aren't helping out. If it turns out they have a good excuse I will just relax on the subject, but if it's out of laziness I will report it to my head of staff. It's meant to be a friendly environment not a cut throat one, so if I can try to solve it myself I will.
