No you can't , depend of the UI (interface) and a lot of things, we can't "track" it.

      Closed nothing else to say...

The player is in Gurubashi arena (PvP Zone), said player has double BoM (Bug), player has probably been killing people since he is in a PvP Zone with a group, therefore the said player is technically abusing this bug (Especially since he must be aware he has double BoM, also notice how he said '70k eviscerate' so he is clearly aware).

'1. Using any cheats, hacks or third-party software, duping or exploits are strictly forbidden on WoWMortal. Bug abusing for self-benefits is considered an exploit. If you find a bug, report it in the "Report Bugs" Section on the Forums. If you know of a bug and fail to report it as soon as possible to a member of Staff, it will be considered as abusing the bug.'

Falls under rule 1, players are aware of this bug, he's abusing it to benefit himself therefore a punishment is mandatory.

'Tracking' the buff has no relevance to this at all since the player is aware he has double BoM.

In conclusion a punishment would be sufficient here as it's clearly against In-Game rules.

Added bug reports to back up that this is a known bug, thus no excuse for this player.
