Rogue: Energy Regen

What it's doing: Energy regeneration isn't increased with haste. It's stuck at 12.50 for combat, 10.00 for subtly and assassination, crippling all specializations for the class. It effects combat and assassination more than subtly. Once it's fixed we might see some diversity in rogues.

Maybe the tooltip is broken, the actual energy regen is working.

No that cannot be right. I play combat and energy is a big deal. When I use Adrenaline rush it should be nearly always topped. But it stays at the same regen rate. I've stacked haste and ran several of tests it's doing nothing.
