Spirit vs Mastery
Ok, this is also personal thing, mastery is rng while spirit is 100% sure thing.
Lets put it this way, picking spirit will allow you to play more aggresive (purge a lot/do some dmg) and not worry about ur mana so much, while picking mastery you will have to play safer in order to keep up. Its great when u 1% to 100% but its RNG and u cant rely on it always. For me I like having it balanced, not full mastery but not full spirit either. Choice is yours.
Macros
First of all I recommend using /target 1,2,3 and focus 1,2,3 macros.
Focus Hex
/cast [@focus] hex
Focus Shear
/stopcasting
/cast [@focus] Wind Shear
Focus Purge
/cast [@focus] Purge
Focus frost shock
/cast [@focus] Frost Shock
Self cleanse
/cast [@player] Cleanse Spirit
Party1 cleanse
/cast [@party1] Cleanse Spirit
Party2 cleanse
/cast [@party2] Cleanse Spirit
Although I like using swaping party1/2 with names when I play 3s.
Now 1/2/3 macros
/cast [@arena1/2/3] Hex
/stopcasting
/cast [@arena1/2/3] Wind Shear
/cast [@arena1/2/3} Purge
