What it should be doing: Healing 15% of rejuvenations total healing instantly when you cast rejuvenation.
What it's currently doing: Heals for 10245, as seen here: http://i.imgur.com/Te1dKYN.jpg
But the overall heal from the rejuvenation is only 17368 (if the final tick didn't crit, and the instant heal does not take this into account).
