Name: Colossus Smash for Arms Spec
Class: Warrior
What it should be doing: Allowing the Warrior's attacks to bypass the target's armor for 6 sec (100% vs NPCs and 50% vs Players)
What it's currently doing: Not having any effect at all.

I've tested this very carefully and I can provide evidence to my claims.
I took off my strength proc insignia, cloak (it had the Tailoring Swordguard enchant), changed my weapon's enchant from Landslide to Windwalk, no buffs, changed my talents (I didn't spec into Lambs to the Slaughter and Wrecking Crew), and took off Glyph of Colossus Smash so i can have steady damage for this test.
I never used Rend for this test so this isn't taking Blood Frenzy in to factor, I didn't even spec into it anyways.

This is Mortal Strike's normal damage without Colossus Smash's effect on the Target Dummy:

Not a significant difference.
Now, we can conclude that it isn't doing what it's supposed to be doing with the results.
This is a huge setback for warriors as we do very little damage compared to other classes like Frost/Unholy Death Knights, Retribution Paladins, Frost/Fire Mages (LoL!), and many other specs. Where 10k crits on players is the most you can get during burst is just downright pathetic. This isn't asking for a buff, this is asking for a fix for something we should've had since the beginning. Me and many others demand that this spec to be finally fixed on this server once and for all.
