Feral druid 410 set bonus not working.

What it should be doing: The CD for rip is supposed to be reset after you bite with 5 combo points but instead of doing it the set bonus isn't working correctly.
What it's currently doing: Absorbing the bite and not resetting the timer on Rip.

did you tried it on target below 60% hp?
if not then its useless thread :)

The tier bonus for the set makes it to where it resets even if the target is above 60%. Also I have and it still didn't work.
