If you aren’t fully logged out of the character that you’re trying to get Unstuck then it won’t work. The option should work and if it doesn’t you should simply make a ticket in-game and wait it out....

For doing Dungeons / Raid and all of those other fighting things i'd think are a no go. I'm not 100% sure though anymore.
