Ok well , should i make another post to get an answer ? So , admins , my acc got hacked and i got lot of time don't play Wowmortal cuz of that , so please help me to recovery, Check my first post

As I said on your last post make an email to msoul with proof that its yours and wait for him to reply / read it... Hes a human being with a life that gets emails every day probably more then 50 or so if he was a robot you should expect an instant reply but hes not at all.

All in all wait a bit and don't make useless threads like this telling him to read his e-mails... Probably annoys the **** outta him, have a nice day now

Usually you get hacked when;
-You share your account
-You get scammed by a phishing web.
If you're unable to receive your password, or you cannot login using your old one. Contact the server owner at [email protected]
While you contact him please mention the email address of the account that got hacked. From that point after he checks your
email and it matches with the account name Msoul will reset the password. If it doesn't no action will be taken.
