      I have been with WoWMortal since Armageddon back in 2011, I have voted daily for years and have donated over $200. I have also brought many friends onto WoWMortal who still play here and donate regularly.

      I can spend 6-8 hours ingame on my days off, 4-6 hours on working days and longer if needed.

      I played retail from 2008 until 2014 where I quit and have focused on private servers since.

      7) Have you ever been banned In-Game or on the Forums? If so; specify the reason and duration.

      I have been banned ingame for Alt-F4ing, avoiding mute and 'chill' from *** back in 2014.

      9) Do you have any previous Gamemaster experience and how fluent are you with Trinity Core commands?

      I do have previous Gamemaster experience and I know Trinity Core commands well enough.

      10) Why do you feel that you would be a good addition to the WoWMortal Staff Team and what do you bring to an already thriving Staff Team?

      I feel like I can assist players when they need it when I am online, I can provide a good moral to the staff team and I can have fun with the players and make them enjoy the staff team more.

      Hello, my name is Thomas, I love in Scotland, United Kingdom, I am 19 years old and my personal interests are netflix, gaming, running, jogging, cycling and socialising. I assist running 2 bars and am always happy to socialise with players, no matter their attitude I am always determined to help or just talk things out. I have a husky, her name is Lunah. I have been GM many times before so I have good experience to help the server. Thankyou for reading.

      Scenario Questions [Mandatory]

      1. A Player makes a ticket asking you to give him items because he is unable to get them himself, such as original Legendary Weapons, how do you respond?

      I would contact the player, explaining how staff are unable to provide such items. However, I would explain that Legendary items such as the weapons are otbained by donating a small fee, and that they do not need legendary items to get far. They can get starter PvE from a vendor in the mall, which I would show them where the vendor is, i would then explain they would have to pve with said items to get better and suggest they keep an eye out on 'Mortal' chat for people doing raids.

      2. You have muted a player for being disrespectful towards the Staff, he then makes a Ticket cussing, insulting and persistently insults you and/or other staff members, what do you do?

      I would contact the player directly, giving them a chance to explain themselves to me on their actions. If the player could not provide a valid reason for their actions, I would screenshot the ticket and save it. I would then ask the player politely to have a nice day and to sit the mute, if they have an issue regarding my mute choices, that they could re-write a ticket in a polite and descriptive manor and I would refer it to a higher staff member.

      3. You find a player hacking on our Server, what do you do to minimize the situation, if you're unable to ban him?

      I would record the player hacking, with enough proof from multiple angles proving the player is hacking. I would then go on to freeze the player, sitting by them waiting for a higher staff member to log on.

      4. Your friends are asking you to host an Event so they're able to get a new mount or another available reward they currently do not have, how do you proceed?

      I would use what my friends have said as an idea and do a poll on what people would like as an event along with many other things, letting the community decide on what event is to happen.

      5. You first come online and you notice that there are 2 other Staff Members online yet there is still a high number of tickets active but have remained un-answered, what would you do to help but avoid the same situation in the future?

      I would take note of the staff members online and then go forward and answer the unaswered tickets, if they are tickets assigned to specific staff I would leave them. I would then go and ask what the two online were up to, seeing if they were valid reasons. If they were not, I would mention it to someone who can ask them to work on these kind of situations for future reference.

      I'm sorry but from what I have seen from your attitude in-game towards players, server and the amount of toxicity just forces me to no support your application.I really hope you improve your behavior and be aware of your blind spots, be willing to make changes. When you decide to consider about hearing a feedback.
