Note: this is not me, the following player asked me to open a Ban Appeal for him because his country blocked off the forums site (?) .

Reason for Ban [Check your Account Panel]: I suppose it says ,,No'' but the real reason was hacking (teleporting and speed).
Reason for being Unbanned: He feels bad for his actions and he would appreciate if you gave him a second chance.
Anything you would like to add: In case this Ban Appeal gets denied, can you at least tell me if the ban is permanent or no? Thank you...
