WoWMortal In-Game Terms of Use

Please remember that playing on WoWMortal Private Server is privilege not a right!

GameMaster and Administrator rights:

1. Administrator reserves the right to make changes on the server and to the set of rules without notifying the players.
2. Not being aware of the server rules or ignoring is not an excuse. By confirming the registration on the server players automatically agree with the rules.
3. All players must keep track of changes in the set of rules by themselves.
4. No staff member is responsible for any loss suffered as a result of server disconnection.
5. No staff member is responsible for temporary or permanent inability of a player or group of players to play on the server.
6. Administrator reserves the right at any time, without giving reason, to terminate player's access to the server.
7. Only the owner of the account is responsible for the actions done on that account, regardless of who committed the infraction.
8. Punishments determined by the Staff depend on the gravity/degree of the infraction.
9. Staff of the server is not responsible for the player´s actions that lead to the character/account loss. Account/character restoration is not possible.
10. In the moment of a server disconnection, Administrators take the necessary steps to restore its operating capability in the shortest possible time.
11. Publicly criticizing or discussing a decision made by Staff of the server is forbidden.
12. It is forbidden to ask Staff of the server for any game advantages, items, currencies and so on.
13. It is forbidden to interfere or hinder Staff of the server to perform its functions.
14. Item, currency or character transfers are not permitted under any condition, please do not make tickets or ask staff members in regards to these requests.

NOTE: Your account is your responsibility. You will be held accountable for other people's actions on your account.




1. Hacking, kick boting, using third party software, abusing bugs and glitches in order to gain any benefits .
Punishment: 1 day account suspension for the first offense, permanent account suspension second offense.

2. Selling accounts leads to permanent account/ip termination.
Punishment: Permanent account suspension.

4. Server advertising: Advertising another server via whisper, guild chat or any global channel.
Punishment: Permanent account suspension.
Note: Do NOT announce other server names anywhere! Advertising other sites, servers, etc. is strictly forbidden.

5. Wintrade: Arranged arena battles in order to gain conquest points or rating.
Punishment: 1 day account suspension first offense, permanent account suspension second offense. Also queing any arena fight and refusing to play/loosing on purpose counts as wintrade. For solo que, if you don't like your team you have the right to leave BEFORE arena starts.

6. Impersonating Staff members
Punishment: Permanent account suspension.
Note: Impersonating a Staff member in order to steal someone´s account will result in permanent account suspension.

7. Disrespectful behavior towards server/staff members
Punishment: 1 day account suspension first offense, permanent account suspension second offense.

8. Fabricating or tampering with evidence in attempt to mislead staff members or yourself - including false statements - is under zero tolerance.
Punishment: Permanent account suspension.

9. Trading items, characters or services for real money
Punishment: Permanent account suspension.
Note: We do not allow any trade of virtual goods for real money. Only our official webpage can be used to purchase in-game services via Donation Points, Vote Points.

10. Bug Abuse, Exploit
Punishment: 1 days account suspension first offense, permanent account suspension second offense.
Note: Abusing bug to gain advantage over others instead of report is not tolerated. The fault of abusing it is yours, do NOT blame the server or Staff members for it, as it will only get things worse for you.
VIPS who abuse the commands to avoid punishment will fall under this.

11. Ninja looting
Punishment: 1 days account suspension first offense, 30 days account suspension second time (or several times).

12. Exposing any private information of other players/staff without their consent even as a joke
Punishment: 1 day account suspension first offense.

13. Multiboxing in order to farm honor/wm coins or any other currency
Punishment: 1 day account suspension for the first offense, permanent account suspension for the second offense.
Note: Using alts/friends/multibox: killing yourself with two or more windows opened, or with friends, in order to farm various in-game currency.

14. Scamming
Punishment: Depends on the situation. The Head GM or Administrator can give 1 day account suspension up to permanent suspension.

15. Unreachable Spot in BG
Punishment: 1 day account suspension. If for any chance a player reaches a unreachable spot in battlegrounds, where others cant catch him/kill him.

16. Abusing Duel Cooldowns, by using excessive spells, summoning game objects or npcs's that disrupt the gameplay
Punishment: 1day account suspension for the first offense, permanent account suspension for the second offense.

17. Spamming, flooding the chat, typing in all capital letters.
Punishment: temporary or permanent mute, account termination and ip ban in severe cases.

18. Insensitive commenting
Punishment: 1 hour chat suspension for the first offense, 1 day account suspension for the second offense, 10 days account suspension for the third offense and more.
Note: Any statements related to the encouragement of drugs, terrorism, massacres or suicides. This also includes any jokes about huge tragedies that have affected the lives of people, wishes of getting "cancer", "aids" and so on.

19. World chat harassment
Punishment: 1 hour mute first offense, second time 1 days account suspension, third time it can result in permanent account suspension.
Note: Any type of world chat harassment towards a player will not be tolerated. Harassment is a form of unwanted behaviour that humiliate someone. If it happens in whisper you can just ignore the person instead of reporting. If you suspect a person of cheating then you may report them on forum, never harass players for any reason.

20. Cross-faction pvp healing
Punishment: First time 1 day account suspension, second time 10 days account suspension.
NOTE: Alliance players healing Horde players while they can't attack him because of the same faction side.

21. Any interruption of events that are hosted by Game Masters
Punishment: First time warning, second time 1 days account suspension, third time it can result in permanent account suspension.

22. Offensive character names
Punishment: First time warning and forced rename, second time 1 days account suspension, third time it can result in permanent account suspension.

23. DDOS threats
Punishment: 1 days first offense, 15 days second offense.

24. Avoiding death in PVP (using BG que and/or .Vip mall)
Punishment: 1 hour ban first offense, 1 day second offense, 15 days third offense(4th, 5th and so on 15 days each).
Note: If a player made the effort to bring you on low health then he deserves the kill. Therfor entering BG when about to die while in Gurubashi Arena will result in being account suspended. This applies to leaving the BG right when you are about to die in roder to avoid death.

25. Multiboxing to/or simply entering a BG/Arena to keep the slot occupied while sitting afk/refusing to engage the battle
Punishment: 1 day ban for the first offense, 10 day second offense. This punishment applies to all accounts if the player multibox to do this on purpose.
Note: Do not enter a BG and simply afk. If you need to afk then leave the BG, don't let the slot occupied to your team's disadvantage.
